TCC Installs and Tests New Moulding Block Machine
The TCC International Centre for Manufacturing, Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship has successfully installed and tested its latest innovation, the moulding block machine.
This advanced piece of equipment is engineered for high-capacity production of concrete blocks, making it ideal for institutions involved in large-scale construction projects.
The machine is equipped with molds for 5-inch and 6-inch solid blocks, hollow blocks, and pavement blocks. The moulds for the 5-inch and 6-inch solid blocks feature four compartments, enabling the simultaneous production of four blocks per cycle. The hollow block mould includes two compartments, allowing for the production of two blocks at a time.
It also features an integrated control board that guides users through each step of the operation. The machine requires a three-phase power supply to function.
Mr. Donald Amrago, Acting Production Manager of TCC’s Technology Transfer and Production Unit, encouraged construction-focused institutions to adopt this technology, highlighting its potential to significantly boost efficiency and output.
Installation is handled by a dedicated team of expert engineers. The moulding block machine is currently available for purchase on order.
