TCC-CIMET Holds 11th Management Meeting to Review Performance and Plan Ahead
The TCC International Centre for Innovation, Manufacturing, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship (TCC-CIMET) recently held its 11th management meeting, bringing together unit heads and senior staff to review the Centre’s performance, evaluate progress on key initiatives, and strategize for the next phase of operations.
The meeting provided a platform for open discussions on achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement across all departments. Participants presented updates on ongoing projects, financial performance, and resource utilization, while also exploring innovative approaches to enhance service delivery and institutional growth.
In his opening remarks, Director-General Prof. Francis Davis commended staff for their dedication and commitment to maintaining high standards of excellence. He emphasized the importance of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in achieving TCC-CIMET’s strategic objectives.
Discussions also highlighted the need to strengthen internal collaboration, improve communication flow between units, and adopt technology-driven approaches to operations. Action points and timelines were agreed upon to ensure effective implementation of decisions taken during the meeting.
The 11th management meeting reaffirmed TCC-CIMET’s commitment to fostering a culture of performance, transparency, and innovation, ensuring the Centre continues to lead in sustainable technology development, knowledge transfer, and capacity building.
